CatCode SWISS is a small independent studio shipping unusual apps — the kind that venture capital won't fund and committees can't imagine. No growth hacks. No dark patterns. Just things we'd want to use ourselves.
See the work →A meetup app for urban explorers.
Currently just notebook sketches and late-night conversations.
Every decision has a name attached to it. We keep the team small enough that nobody needs permission to do good work.
We don't log IPs, we don't run analytics, we host everything in Switzerland. Our On-Access Agreement spells out exactly what we do and don't collect.
We work on ideas that sound strange in a pitch meeting. If a project can only be described by a demo, that's usually a good sign.
We'd rather ship something quiet and imperfect than announce something loud and vapor. Roadmaps are private. Launches are events.
We don't post job listings. We collect interesting people. If any of this describes you, send us a note — even if we aren't hiring for your role today, we keep a list.
Independent.
Quiet.
Built to last.
